New blog

For a number of years this site merely listed the static details of my book, Information Technology Research, 3rd ed.  The intention was, however, to create a site where some useful information would, at least once in a while, be added.  So, here we now have a blog.  It is hoped that I will occasionally post something about IT research here - and that it will prove useful to some readers.
